HEALTHY EMPLOYEES = HEALTHY BUSINESS.

This health initiative has the key objective of supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in their health promotion journey

Under this scheme, Health Promotion Board’s (HPB) appointed Project Manager, Abvolution Wellness to manage and facilitate health activities. We ensure SMEs enjoy hassle-free access to cost-effective and impactful health programmes for their employees.

HPB will co-fund the approved Health Activities chosen by SMEs.

CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT

Basic Health Screening with One (1) follow-up

Funded by HPB, up to S$40 per pax*

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Pre and Post Evaluation for results

At least 4 x physical activity sessions, minimum 15 participants

70% Co-funding from HPB, up to S$130 per 1-hour session*

MENTAL WELLBEING

Minimum 15 participants

70% Co-funding from HPB, up to S$350 per 1-hour session*

NUTRITION

Minimum of 15 participants

70% Co-funding from HPB, up to S$175 per 1-hour session*

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & GUIDELINES

SMEs with employee staff strength of not more than 200 employees OR annual sales revenue of not more than SGD100 million. Your company must also have a Unique Entity Number (UEN). www.uen.gov.sg
